Bacon Wrapped Grilled Cheese Fingers

Crispy bacon wrapped around gooey grilled cheese fingers creates a deliciously indulgent snack perfect for any occasion. These savory bites combine smoky bacon with melted cheese for an irresistible treat.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of sandwich bread
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • Optional: dipping sauce of choice (ranch, marinara, or mustard)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  2. Cut each slice of bread into 3 strips to form ‘fingers’.
  3. Place a slice of cheese on half of the bread strips.
  4. Top each cheese-topped bread strip with a plain bread strip to form a sandwich finger.
  5. Butter the outside of each sandwich finger on both sides.
  6. Wrap each sandwich finger with one slice of bacon, securing the ends if necessary.
  7. Place the bacon-wrapped fingers on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, turning until the bacon is crispy and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from grill and let rest for 1 minute before serving with your favorite dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

For an extra kick, sprinkle some smoked paprika or crushed red pepper flakes on the butter before grilling.
