Breakfast Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

Delicious and easy-to-make breakfast rolls using Pillsbury Crescent Dough, filled with eggs, cheese, and savory breakfast meat for a perfect morning treat.

  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon or sausage, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook eggs in a skillet with butter over medium heat; scramble until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, chopped bacon or sausage, and cheese on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute breakfast meat with sautéed mushrooms or spinach.
