  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts, then thinly slice them using a sharp knife or a food processor.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  3. Add the sliced Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
  4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
