  • 2 cups crushed cream-filled sandwich cookies (e.g., Oreos)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the crushed cream-filled cookies gently to distribute evenly.
  7. Spread the cookie dough evenly into the prepared skillet.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is set but still soft.
