  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or quiche dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared pie dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and the top is lightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or spinach to the mixture before baking.
