- 1 package (15.25 oz) Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups milk
- 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- Gummy worms for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies into small pieces, reserving a handful for garnish.
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press half into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Whisk milk and pudding mix in another bowl until thickened, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold whipped topping into the pudding mixture until combined.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the Oreo crust.
- Sprinkle remaining crushed Oreos over the pudding layer.
- Spread the remaining pudding mixture on top and finish with reserved Oreos and gummy worms.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For extra fun, add gummy worms between layers to enhance the ‘dirt’ theme or serve in individual cups for easy portioning.
