Tender and juicy chicken thighs glazed with a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce, perfect for a quick and delicious dinner.

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken thighs skin-side down until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  5. Flip chicken thighs and pour the honey garlic sauce over them.
  6. Transfer skillet to preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

For a complete meal, serve with steamed rice and sautéed vegetables to soak up the delicious sauce.
