These Loaded Big Mac Sliders bring the iconic flavors of a classic Big Mac into a fun, bite-sized slider form, piled high with special sauce, melted cheese, and fresh veggies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 mini slider buns
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6 slices American cheese, halved
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup finely diced onions
  • 12 dill pickle slices
  • Special Sauce:
    – 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    – 2 tbsp ketchup
    – 1 tbsp yellow mustard
    – 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
    – 1 tsp white vinegar
    – 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    – 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all special sauce ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  3. Divide ground beef into 12 equal portions and form into thin patties slightly larger than the slider buns.
  4. Season patties with salt and pepper, then cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  5. Place a half slice of American cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  6. Slice slider buns in half and lightly toast them on the skillet.
  7. Assemble sliders by spreading special sauce on the bottom bun, followed by a cheese-topped patty, shredded lettuce, diced onions, and a pickle slice.
  8. Top with the bun crown and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, lightly toast buns with a bit of butter before assembling and serve sliders with crispy fries or a side salad.
