These Mini Mushroom Swiss Sliders combine juicy beef patties, sautéed mushrooms, and melted Swiss cheese on soft slider buns for a flavorful and easy-to-make appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional: mayonnaise, mustard, or your favorite slider condiments

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; sauté until softened, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until tender and browned, about 5–7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form 12 small patties.
  5. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
  6. Place each cooked patty on the bottom half of each slider bun. Top with sautéed mushrooms and a generous amount of Swiss cheese.
  7. Place sliders on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven, add condiments if desired, and top with the bun lids. Serve warm.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, try adding caramelized onions or a touch of garlic aioli to your sliders before serving.
