  • 1 package (3 oz) flavored Jello (any flavor)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups cold Greek yogurt
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust (9-inch)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the Jello in boiling water. Stir well and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until creamy.
  4. Gradually add the cooled Jello to the cream cheese mixture, stirring continuously.
  5. Fold in the Greek yogurt until fully combined and smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
