  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add the rolled oats, milk, and chia seeds (if using) to the bowl and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped fresh strawberries.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a mason jar or airtight container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  5. The next morning, give the oats a good stir, add extra milk if needed, and top with additional fresh strawberries before serving.
